Professional Commitments
It is the mission of Sunflower practitioners to treat all patients with the highest standard of care, respect and professionalism and to seek at all time to achieve quickly and efficiently the highest level of success and patient satisfaction in diagnosis and treatment.
Each Sunflower practitioner is either a fully qualified GP, Osteopath, Chiropractic or other relevant professional with a recognised governing body that they are a member of.

- Have been practicing in their professional field for a minimum of 4 years.
- Have successfully graduated through the Sunflower Academy, a not-for-profit medical society formed to promote professional and ethical standards in natural medicine and to provide a framework for further research and shared knowledge.
- Have a current Agreement with the Sunflower Trust to operate as a Sunflower practitioner.
- Have been processed through the Sunflower Trust’s CRB Disclosure process.
- Have Professional Indemnity Insurance and have the certificate clearly displayed in their clinic.
- Have undergone training to enhance patient care of children.
- Be committed to on-going improvements and to remaining at the forefront of what they have to offer their patients.
- Maintain high levels of ethical conduct, competence and sensitivity to their patients, profession, each other and the society in which they live.
- Respect the rights and freedom of each individual.
- Welcome people from all walks of life, religion and race.
Sunflower practitioners always seek to:
- Acknowledge and respect the innate intelligence and self-healing power of all living things.
- Develop and evolve their work through diligence with others who share an interest in the field.
- Trust and respect each other and enjoy the task, providing a safe therapeutic choice through which children, their families and the community may find freedom from suffering through improved performance in body, mind and spirit.
- Discuss any problems the patient may have in the unlikely event of their not being completely satisfied with any treatment or evaluation received by the practitioner.
In return we ask the following:-
- Please be on time for appointments and please be patient if Sunflower Practitioner is running a little late. We do our best for you and occasionally we may need to give you or another patient a little longer than the allotted time. This means that we do sometimes run late.
- You can always change or cancel your appointment but Sunflower Practitioner may have to charge a cancellation fee unless you give at least 24 hours' notice.
