An Urgent Fundraising Appeal
With the Sunflower Research Programme now complete we can now see just how valuable our work with children really is. Many research volunteers have benefited from treatment and have made important developments in their self-confidence, physical and educational abilities. We urgently need your help to continue to support children with learning difficulties. Our fund-raising efforts to date have been truly remarkable and a reflection of the commitment that Friends of the Sunflower Trust are prepared to show.
However, a University-led research programme has been an enormous financial undertaking for a small charity such as ours. We urgently need your support to continue to support children with health, learning and behavioural difficulties. The Sunflower Trust is proud of its achievements to date and is committed to enhancing the lives of need children. By establishing the value of our unique treatment through scientific research, we hope that teachers, doctors and educational psychologists will refer children with special needs to us in the knowledge that our treatments are supported by scientific evidence.

Change a Life Forever
For as little as £500, corporate and personal sponsors can change a child's life forever. By pledging this moderate sum, the Sunflower Therapy can be offered to a child with learning an/or behavioural difficulties who would not otherwise be in a position to benefit from the treatment. We'd be delighted to discuss this option with companies, individual or trusts looking to support the community and invest in the resources of the future: our children.
Private Donations
Money is often a sensitive matter. Some of us are fortunate enough to have sufficient to support good causes, others only have a little but still wish to give. We've suggested a donation of £50.00 for Friendship registration. However, whatever size of donation you can contribute would be truly appreciated. Our heartfelt thanks for your generosity.
Volunteers Needed!
Do you have any spare time? Would you be prepared to offer a few hours or a few days to assist us? If so, the Sunflower Trust urgently needs you to help with the fund-raising activities. This may include telephoning Trusts and other sources of charitable funds and helping to support our Public Relations and Fund-raising Teams in their endeavours. There may, of course, be other aspects of the Trust's work where your skills could be of assistance.
